Cancellation And Refund Agreement

1 - Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Respanet Information Technologies Trade Limited Company ("Company"), located at Deliktaş Mahallesi 1989 SK NO: 54/A Denizli / Pamukkale with tax ID number 6250895879, and the individual or legal entity ("Member") who uses the services ("Services") provided under the brand ("Respanet") on the ("Site"), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of use.

By accepting the terms of this Membership Agreement, the parties undertake to act in accordance with the conditions specified below.

2 - Definitions

2.1 Agreement: This Service Agreement executed between the parties and its annexes, which define the rights and obligations of the parties.

2.2 Company: Respanet Information Technologies Trade Limited Company, located at Deliktaş Mahallesi 1989 SK NO: 54/A Denizli / Pamukkale, with tax ID number 6250895879.

2.3 Respanet: The brand name under which the Company offers its Services.

2.4 Site: The website operated under the Respanet brand, known as https://respanet.com.tr.

2.5 Services: All services offered under the Respanet brand and via the Site.

3 - Cancellation and Refund Terms

• The Member is subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased Service.
• The money-back guarantee does not apply to accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Service Agreement.
• Cancellation and refund are separate processes. Cancellation indicates that you do not wish to use the service in the next term and do not want a new invoice to be issued. Refund refers to returning a purchased product or service and requesting a refund.
• Refunds will be made in Turkish Lira (TL) based on the payment exchange rate at the time of purchase. Refund-related transaction costs will be borne by the end user and deducted from the total refund amount. The end user may cancel the refund request by notifying in writing before the refund is processed.
• The cancellation and refund policies of some services provided by Respanet vary depending on the service category. These categories and processes are outlined in the following articles of the agreement.
• Cancellation and refund requests apply only to newly purchased services. No refund or cancellation can be requested for renewals or upgrades.
• Services provided for free within campaigns may be cancelled, but no refund will be issued for them.
• The cancellation and refund date will be based on the date of service purchase as stated in the agreement.

4 - Services Eligible for Cancellation and Refund Within the First 7 Days

The following services can be cancelled without any justification and refunded 100% within the first 14 days after a new order. For cancellation and refund requests after the first 7 days, a partial refund will be made by calculating the usage period of the service.

5 - Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable Services

The following services cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances once ordered:

• Domain Registration,
• Domain Renewal,
• Domain Transfer,
• SSL,
• License,
• Physical Server,
• Virtual Server,
• Germany Cloud Server,
• Germany Dedicated Server,
• 10Gbps Dedicated Server,
• Large Storage Server,
• Rack Cabinet Rental,
• Server Hosting,
• IPv4 Rental,
• Email Hosting.

6 - Cancellation and Refund Process

• To initiate the cancellation and refund process, a request must be made through the “Cancellation Request” section on the Service Details page in the customer panel.
• The service subject to cancellation and refund may be cancelled immediately or at the end of the usage period as indicated in the request.
• Services that are unused but not requested for cancellation will not be considered cancelled and will continue to be invoiced each new billing period.
• The fee for approved cancellations and refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.

7 - Final Provision

Stamp duty arising from this Agreement shall be borne by the Member. This Agreement consists of 9 main articles and subheadings, and has been read and understood by the parties. It has been signed electronically or physically, both of which are equally valid. Respanet reserves the right to add, remove, or amend articles or subheadings when deemed necessary. The Member irrevocably declares and undertakes in advance that they accept these changes and that they will become effective as of the date they are published on Respanet’s website.
